The Dandelion offers Group Meditation by donation Monday evenings 6:00-6:45pm. Group meditation can assist you to move into your centre through a variety of meditative techniques: quiet focused sitting, intentional movement, body awareness and mantra repetition.

Benefits of meditation include a sense of internal peace, calmness and groundedness. It provides a quiet serene internal environment where answers to life questions can be obtained.

Stress is very common in our society and can be linked to most disease processes. Regular meditation practice will assist the body to physiologically turn off the stress response and assist us in preventing disease.
