Mary Benson

Mary began her career in bodywork in 1999. She studied in Vancouver BC and holds certificates in a number of healing modalities including bodywork, reflexology, and lymphatic drainage. She has studied shiatsu, aromatherapy and Reiki. She is a graduate of the three year Integrative Energy Healing program at Langara College in Vancouver . She has studied Myofascial Release with John Barnes (levels 1-3 and fascial-pelvis). She has also received certification in Cranial Sacral therapy with the Upledger Institute and through her teachings she has beome a gifted healer who brings her passion for the art into her private practice. Mary is gentle and caring and encourages her clients to be at ease with themselves as well as with the environment she creates. Her treatments are a unique combination of her skills and education and she masterfully incorporates dialogue into each session, providing a therapeutic, client centered treatment for each individual. Her clients have a keen appreciation for her skills.
